Coup d'etat at Premier Conservative Conference? Print E-mail

Rainbow ElephantThe Conservative Political Action Conference, CPAC, is generally an organization where Christian conservatives are welcomed. But this year CPAC allowed a homosexual group, GOProud, to be a sponsoring organization.

GOProud is committed to legalizing same sex marriage. At the conference Ryan Sorba of Young Americans for Freedom bravely took to the podium. He rebuked CPAC for compromising their values and told the truth about the intrinsic evil of homosexuality. He was booed off the stage.

Thankfully, many principled Christian organizations pulled out of CPAC and they should be commended for standing up for truth. We cannot allow anti-Christian groups like GOProud to infiltrate and corrupt the conservative movement.

Marriage is the bedrock of society and the conservative movement must defend marriage faithfully.

Call the American Conservative Union, the organization that runs CPAC, today. Send a message to CPAC to stop aiding those who hate God’s institution of marriage.

It is a total disgrace that this GOProud group was even allowed to speak at this
forum. It goes against the grain of everything the conservative movement stands
for. We as conservatives are supposed to be all about family values which
defines marriage as between 1 man and 1 woman only. Anything else is totally
unacceptable We need to stand up to those gay activist groups who will stop at
nothing to acheive their perverted agenda. If CPAT will not support traditional
