A vote is expected any day in the senate hearings on President Obama’s nominee for the United State’s Supreme Court, Elena Kagan. But Kagan’s hearings have exposed a fatal flaw that clearly makes her unqualified for the bench. Kagan refuses to affirm natural law.

Our Declaration of Independence, which serves as the foundation to our constitution, is based on natural law. It affirms that all people have certain inalienable, God-given rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, and that the government can’t take these rights away.  By rejecting God-given rights, Kagan arrogantly believes in a theory of conditional rights based on the arbitrary whims of judges.

Kagan has disqualified herself and has no business being on the Supreme Court.

Help protect our freedoms and urge the Senate to block Kagan’s confirmation. But you must act today. Urge the Senate to block Kagan’s confirmation. To do so, seven members on the Judiciary Committee must vote against her appointment, otherwise a radical judicial activist will be appointed to the Supreme Court FOR LIFE!
