Franken Wants to Marginalize Christians! Print E-mail

Al Franken, a serial Christian basher, thinks he can hide behind comedy to make caustic remarks about Christians (see links below). When asked by Beliefnet Editor-in-Chief Steven Waldman why he opposes conservative Christians, Franken said because "They sometimes forget we don't live in a theocracy."

Mr. Franken seems to forget that the majority of the people in America are self-identified Christians. If Franken had his way, the radical, immoral views of people like him would be forced on conservative Christians.  He believes Christians should surrender their conscience and constitutional rights and simply adopt his views.

Franken also forgets that we live in republic with a Constitution that guarantees our God given liberty. A majority of voters can shape their own destiny. Help us get the word out to Christians, donate here!

Elitist skeptics like Franken may think their snide, anti-Christian comments are clever, but they simply reveal an underlying antagonism. Franken resents those who would dare to commit their lives to the true and living God and desire to live by His righteous precepts. Franken is at war with God, God's people, and even his own conscience. Sign our petition for an apology!

As Christians we make no apology for standing for what is right; "Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people." (Prov 14:34)

It is unthinkable that anyone as cynical and bigoted as Al Franken could actually be elected to the United States Senate.
